GERMAN MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. lean hamburger
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 sm. onion
Bread crumbs, seasoned
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. white vinegar
38 oz. can Hunts tomato sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1 c. of milk or more to moisten
1 tsp. salt and pepper

In small bowl mix together 2 cans of Hunts tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper (for basting).

In large bowl mix 2 pounds hamburger, 2 eggs, chopped small onion, Lipton soup, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 cup of milk and bread crumbs, mix until dry. Cover with tin foil. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. The last 1/2 hour remove tin foil, pour small bowl mix on top of meat loaf. Reduce temperature to 300 degrees, continue to baste and use after for gravy.

Let meat loaf cool then slice.
