GERMAN MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground lean pork
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
Salt, pepper & paprika to taste
1 c. sour cream

Mix ground pork with bread crumbs, beaten eggs, salt, pepper and paprika. If it seems too dry, mix in a little soda water. Place in a casserole; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover, pour sour cream over loaf and bake for another hour.
