CHILI SAUCE 
4 gal. tomatoes
7 c. white sugar
4 c. brown sugar
12 lg. onions
2 qts. bell peppers
1 pt. hot peppers
1 qt. vinegar
15 oz. pickling spice
Salt to taste

Chop tomatoes, onion, peppers, and add all ingredients. Cook until is thick. Put in jars and seal.
