BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese (sharp)
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. crushed crackers

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook broccoli in microwave until tender (about 12 minutes). Drain well. Combine eggs, soup, mayonnaise, cheese, pepper and broccoli in casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers over top. Cover and bake for about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake about 10 more minutes or until heated thoroughly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
