CREAMED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. canned evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
Toast or biscuits

Melt butter in large saucepan. Blend in flour. Gradually add evaporated milk. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper. Stir in chicken. Cook 2 or 3 minutes longer. Serve over toast or biscuits.

Note: Can also use turkey.
