GRANDMA'S RICE PUDDING 
3/4 c. cooked rice
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. raisins
4 c. milk

Combine first 7 ingredients and 2 cups milk in bowl; mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Pour remaining milk over rice mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Pudding will have custard topping.
