GRANDMA'S SWEET POTATO PUDDING 
2 lg. sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 sm. box raisins
1/2 stick butter
Sugar
Milk

Grate sweet potatoes into a bowl filled with 1/2 cup milk; mix well. Add milk and sugar to taste. Stir until dissolved. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until casserole is brown.
