STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD 
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. thawed frozen strawberries (sliced)
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Sift all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Add liquid mixture, stirring just enough to moisten dry ingredients.

Pour into two greased 9x5x3 inch pans or 6 greased 6x3x2 inch pans. Bake 350 degrees one hour for larger pans or 40 minutes for foil pans. Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before removing to wire rack.
