COFFEE ROLLS 
2 c. flour, sifted
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 yeast cake

Mix flour, sugar, butter and salt like pie crust. Dissolve yeast in a little milk. Mix milk, egg and dissolved yeast and add to first mixture. Cover and set in refrigerator overnight. Divide in 2 parts. Roll out each piece the size of a pie. Spread with melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nuts and raisins. Put in warm place until risen. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Spread with butter frosting.
