FOILED POTATOES 
1 med. potato
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. prepared onion soup mix

Pare potato. Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place slices on square of heavy-duty foil. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with soup mix. Wrap and seal tightly. Roast on outdoor grill or in 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Makes 1 portion.
