FOIL POTATOES 
4-5 potatoes
1 med. red onion
2 cans whole mushrooms, drained
Velveeta cheese, sliced or chunked
butter

Peel potatoes and cut into French fries, place on heavy duty foil. Slice red onion onto foil. Add whole mushrooms. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of butter in with potato mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Close foil pack and grill 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Open foil pack. Add cheese and reclose pack until cheese melts.
