CHEESE POTATOES IN FOIL 
3 lb. baking potatoes, pared
Salt & pepper
4 to 5 slices bacon, cooked crisp
1 lg. onion, sliced
8 oz. (2 c.) sharp processed American cheese, cubed
1/2 c. butter

Slice potatoes onto a large piece of heavy foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crumble the bacon. Add onion and cheese. Slice butter over all. Mix in foil. Fold up edges of foil, leaving space for expansion of steam. Seal well, using double fold. Place on grill and cook about 1 hour or until done. Turn several times. You can cook this on grill with barbecue hood down, about 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
