DROP BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. fat (shortening)
1 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk

Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Mix in fat with a fork or two knives until crumbly. Add milk. Mix enough to wet dry ingredients. Drop dough from a tablespoon on greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degree oven 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 12.
