7 MINUTE WHITE FROSTING 
2 unbeaten egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cold water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar or 1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup

Place ingredients over rapidly boiling water. Beat constantly for 7 minutes. Remove frosting from heat. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Continue beating until the frosting is the right consistency to be spread.
