BEST-EVERY WHITE FROSTING 
A "never fail" frosting for any of your favorite cakes. Try substituting dark brown sugar or 2 tablespoons instant coffee instead of vanilla for a change.

3 egg whites, room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light Karo syrup
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients in top of double boiler over cold water. Beat continuously with electric beat until frosting stands in peaks. This will take about 7 minutes. Spread on cake. Yummy! Will frost 9 inch layer cake.
