BEAT 'N EAT (WHITE FROSTING) 
1 egg white
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. boiling water

Mix in small, deep bowl. Add boiling water and beat until stiff. This recipe makes a fluffy frosting that will stay moist for 2-3 days.
