24 UNsalted saltines (crushed fine)
4 egg whites (beaten until peaked)
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. broken walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix dry ingredients, add vanilla and beaten egg whites. Mix well. Bake in 9 inch greased pie plate for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool completely. Cover with whipped cream.

Although the ingredients don't say much, this pie is always a HIT. It's wonderful!
