PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak, cubed
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. diced green pepper
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. brown gravy sauce

Saute beef cubes until lightly browned. Add soy sauce and 2 whole garlic and 1 minced. Add 3/4 cup boiling water to meat and simmer for 45 minutes. Then add green pepper and onions. Add more water, if needed. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Add brown sugar, sugar, and enough cornstarch to thicken.
