2 c. mashed potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 c. French fried onion rings

Beat ingredients smooth except onion rings. Pour into 9x9 inch greased casserole. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees, adding onion rings on top during the last 15 minutes of baking.
