ORANGE JUICE CAKE 
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped nuts

In a large bowl combine 1/2 cup orange juice with remaining ingredients; beat for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan; bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and lightly pour remaining orange juice over the warm cake and sprinkle with the following topping: Mix together 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
