1 yellow cake mix (with pudding in mix)
4 eggs (well beaten)
3/4 c. of orange juice
3/4 c. of oil

ICING:

(Mix well)

2 c. of confectioners powdered sugar
3 tablespoons of oil
1/3 c. of orange juice

Bake cake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Punch holes in cake while hot. Pour icing over cake. Bake 5 minutes.
