NUT GOODIES 
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) bag butterscotch chips
1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter
1 c. butter
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
1/4 c. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
2 lbs. plus 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lb. salted peanuts (not Spanish peanuts)

Melt first 3 ingredients in double boiler. Pour half this mixture into 2 (11 x 15 inch) pans. Cool until firm. Boil butter, evaporated milk, and vanilla pudding for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add maple flavoring and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and clean sides of bowl. Spread over cooled chocolate. Add peanuts to remaining chocolate. Mix and spread over filling. Cool until set. Cut into squares. Keep in freezer until serving.
