POTATO HAM CHOWDER 
4 lg. potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 can whole kernel corn
2 c. cooked ham

Peel and dice potatoes. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onions and green pepper. Cook until tender. Add potatoes, 2 cups water and seasonings. Cover and simmer until tender. Make paste of flour and 1/3 cup cold water. Blend into pot, add milk. Cook until thick. Stir in corn and ham. Heat thoroughly. Serve and enjoy.
