1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. fruit cocktail & juice
1 egg, beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped

Sift flour, sugar, soda and salt together. Add 1 egg, beaten well. Add fruit cocktail and juice; mix. Pour into greased 8 inch round baking dish.
