FRUIT COCKTAIL PUDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (1 3/4 c.) can fruit cocktail with juice
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda together into bowl. Add fruit cocktail, eggs, and vanilla to dry ingredients and whisk to blend.

Pour into ungreased 10 x 13 pan and sprinkle with 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Serve with dollops of whipped cream.
