FRUIT COCKTAIL PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 (20 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. flour

Mix dry ingredients. Measure fruit cocktail adding water to make 2 cups. Add to dry ingredients along with the beaten egg. Mix well together and put into a well greased 9 x 12 baking dish, spreading evenly.

Mix together the brown sugar and flour and sprinkle over batter. Cover with chopped nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool in pan. Serve with whipped cream.
