SUGARLESS RAISIN COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
2 c. raisins
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt (I use 1/2 tsp.)
6 tsp. sugar substitute

In saucepan, cook water, oil, raisins and spices. Boil 3 minutes. Cool.

Beat eggs. Add raisin mixture. Stir in dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
