SUGARLESS RAISIN DROP COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. raisins
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. sweetener or 1/2 c. Sugar Twin
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Combine hot water, shortening and raisins. Let cool. Mix other ingredients together and add to first mixture. Drop by teaspoonful on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Store in tightly covered jar.
