SUGARLESS RAISIN SPICE COOKIE 
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
1 c. dark raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, add butter and milk. Combine flour, Sweet 'N Low, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture and mix well. Fold in raisins, cinnamon and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.

Flatten with fork dipped in water. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees until lightly brown. This will produce a soft cookie. For a crisper one bake 5 minutes longer.
