BAR B-Q PIGSFEET | |
8 to 10 pigs feet, split 1 lg. onion 1 c. white vinegar 1 tsp. red pepper, crushed 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 (16 oz.) Barbecue Sauce Wash pigs feet and singe off any hair. Place in large pan and cover with water. Add salt, pepper, onion, crushed pepper and vinegar. Cook over medium heat until pigs feet are tender (approximately 2 to 3 hours). Remove from juice and place in long baking pan with some of spices and onions from cooking liquid. Cover with Barbecue sauce, cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. |
