LOW-CAL CHICKEN BAR-B-QUE 
6 pieces skinned chicken, white or dark
3 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
3 tbsp. reduced calorie Catalina dressing
1 tbsp. ReaLemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Spray skillet with Pam. Place chicken in heated skillet and brown a little on both sides. Add salt and pepper and transfer chicken to microwave dish. Combine Heinz 57 sauce, Catalina dressing and lemon juice and spoon on chicken. Bake in covered dish on high 6-10 minutes, rotating. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with rice and green salad.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
