QUICK BAR-B-QUE CHICKEN 
16 pieces of chicken
1 bottle Red Russian dressing
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot jam
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/3 c. white wine

Place pieces of chicken in foil lined roasting pan. Mix last 4 ingredients and spoon over chicken. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours (until tender). Cover with foil if needed.
