MR. W.'S BAR-B-QUE CHICKEN 
Half or quarter 2 to 4 chickens
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

S ift flour over chicken after placing in pan; pat top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt
Pepper
Red pepper
Paprika
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce

Bring to boil, set aside and baste over chicken as it bakes. (Note: Reserve 1/4 cup of this sauce for white sauce mix).

WHITE SAUCE:

1/4 c. of the above sauce mix
Mix with 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Shake well in a jar, pour over chicken before serving.
