LUNCHEON EGGS ELEGANTE 
2 1/2 c. hot milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
12 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 lb. crabmeat or shrimp

Blend milk and cheese. Beat eggs slightly. Add cheese mixture, salt and pepper. Pour butter in bottom of greased 2-quart casserole. Pour egg mixture on top of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir after 20 minutes.

After 40 minutes, stir in shrimp or crabmeat. Stir again after 55 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 4-6.
