MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
9 x 5 inch glass loaf dish
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion

Combine all ingredients. Shape into loaf dish. Combine 1/4 cup catsup, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Spread over loaf. Cover with wax paper. Cook on roast (7) for 15 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
