MICROWAVE MEATLOAF | |
9 x 5 inch glass loaf dish 3/4 lb. ground beef 1/4 lb. ground pork 1 egg 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 3/4 c. bread crumbs 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. minced onion Combine all ingredients. Shape into loaf dish. Combine 1/4 cup catsup, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Spread over loaf. Cover with wax paper. Cook on roast (7) for 15 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving. |
