MICROWAVE PIZZA MEAT LOAF 
6 oz. tomato paste
1 c. water
2 tbsp. dry minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of garlic
Dash of red pepper

Combine sauce ingredients in a 1 quart casserole. Microwave on high power for 5 minutes, stirring twice.

MEAT LOAF:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Mix meat loaf ingredients plus 1/2 cup of sauce. Shape into loaf. Cook on high power for 8 minutes. Spread remaining sauce over meat. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded Mozzarella and 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan over top. Cook on high 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
