YEAST BISCUITS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. sifted flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted butter

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water. Combine with dry ingredients in bowl mix well. Roll on lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter; dip in butter. Place on baking sheet. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.
