YEAST BISCUITS 
1 c. milk
1 c. water
1 pkg. yeast
2 tbsp. lard
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
5 1/2 to 6 c. flour

In large pan warm milk and water (lukewarm). Take from stove. Add yeast (stir well). Then add grease, sugar and salt. Mix well and add eggs (one at a time). Then add flour (1 cup at a time) (firm ball). Let raise 25-30 minutes.

Form into biscuits or even a loaf. Let raise 20 minutes. Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Bake 35-45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Add a light coat of butter on top (to keep it soft).
