YEAST BISCUITS/ROLLS
4 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
7 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water about 5 minutes in large bowl. Add sugar, salt, oil and flour a little at a time until not sticky to touch. Let rise in a warm place until double in size. Then flour board or counter top.

Pour dough onto counter top and work down. Now use rolling pin and roll out dough to about 1/2-inch thick. Cut out with biscuit cutter, putting them on pan 1 inch apart. Let rise to double size, about 30 minutes.

Bake in pre-heated 400 or 450 degrees oven (depending on your oven) for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
