GRANDMA'S BUTTERMILK PANCAKES 
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. buttermilk

Sift first four ingredients together. In another bowl, beat eggs slightly adding oil and buttermilk. Add milk mixture to flour; stir slightly at first then beat thoroughly for 100 strokes. Do not add more moisture.
