NAD'S CHICKEN & WINE 
1/2 lemon or lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, or to taste
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. white wine (Marsella)
1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Brown garlic and mushrooms in butter. Add rosemary. Flour and season chicken. (Can mix chicken and flour in large bowl, tossing to coat.) Add to butter mixture and brown. Add wine. Cover and reduce heat to medium and cook 5 minutes. Transfer to oven, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover. Stir and bake 20 minutes more. Makes 4 servings.

Or substitute 1 cup apple juice and 1/2 cup cranberry juice and 1/2 cup water.
