APRICOT BRANDY POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour, measured after sifting
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
1 tsp. orange extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. apricot brandy

Grease and flour a large tube pan. In large bowl of and electric mixer, cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift together flour, soda and salt three times.

Combine sour cream, flavorings and brandy. Add dry ingredients, alternately with cream mixture, beginning and ending with the dry. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until cake tests done, 1 hour and 10 minutes.
