APRICOT BRANDY POUND CAKE | |
3 c. white sugar 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring 1 tsp. brandy flavor 1 tsp. orange flavor 3 c. all purpose flour 1/4 to 1/2 c. apricot brandy 6 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. almond flavoring 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 c. sour cream 2 sticks butter 1 tsp. butter flavor 1/2 tsp. lemon flavor 1/2 tsp. salt Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add flavorings. Sift dry ingredients, flour, soda and salt together. Add to above mixture alternating with sour cream and brandy. Beat well. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 325 degrees 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done. |
