BRANDI'S TEA CAKES 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt

Cream sugar and butter; then add slightly beaten egg. Add flour, vanilla and salt. Mix. Dough will be very stiff. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
