BRANDY CAKE 
8 oz. box no-sugar chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp. brandy flavoring

Combine all ingredients and blend with an electric mixer on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into an 8 or 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.

Yield: 9 servings. Exchange 1 serving 1 1/3 bread, 3/5 fats. Calories: 1 serving 112.
