APRICOT BRANDY CAKE 
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1/4 tsp. rum flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. orange flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 c. apricot brandy (3 oz.)

Cream sugar and butter, add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each. Add flavorings. Then add flour sifted with soft and salt. Add alternately with sour cream and brandy. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
