"APPLE CAKE" 
1 recipe "No-Knead" Yeast Rolls
Approximately 18 to 24 apples, peeled & sliced
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
Flour

Press dough onto greased or non-stick cookie sheet, push it into the corners, sprinkle lightly with flour. Arrange apple slices in rows on dough. Mix cinnamon and sugar to taste and sprinkle over apples to coat them. Bake at 375 degrees until crust is light brown and apples are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
