SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
6-8 slices ham 8-10 med. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced 2 onions, peeled & thinly sliced 1 c. grated cheese 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup Paprika Toss potatoes in 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1 cup water. Drain potatoes. Put half of ham, potatoes and onions in crock pot, sprinkle with salt and pepper then 1/2 of cheese. Repeat with remaining half. Spoon undiluted soup over the top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours, high 4 hours. |
