HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground lean fresh pork
1 1/2 lb. ground smoked pork
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. ground Rice Krispies (no substitute)
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. French's prepared mustard (no substitute)

This is for a 3 pound loaf. Mix ground pork, egg, Rice Krispies and milk together and mold into a loaf.

Mix brown sugar and mustard together and coat loaf. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover, baste and bake in open pan for another 20 minutes. (You can increase sugar and mustard mixture amount in accordance with your desires of concentrated flavor.)

It is also good made ahead, chilled and sliced thin for sandwiches or a cold meat plate.
