CHINESE BEEF AND RICE 
1 c. brown rice
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 c. hot water
2 bouillon cubes
2 tsp. soy sauce
4 green onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. diced, cooked beef

Cook rice in oil over medium heat until golden brown. Add salt, water, bouillon, and soy sauce. Cover, simmer 20 minutes. Add rest of ingredients, cover, simmer 15 minutes. May use chicken.
